visual communication for complex decisions

Presentations
I design presentations that turn complex information into clear, persuasive visual narratives. Whether the goal is to inform, persuade, or build trust, my work focuses on structure and clarity — not stock templates or mere decoration.
For finance firms and startups
Raise capital, build trust, and communicate portfolio performance with presentations that speak the language of investors. I help finance professionals and startups distill complex ideas into visually refined decks, from investor pitches and quarterly updates to webinars and fundraising narratives.
I also design custom financial charts and branded data visualizations that translate performance data and market theses into visuals investors can actually understand. Every deck is editable, polished, and aligned with your brand.
For public agencies and planning firms
I help urban planning consultants and public agencies bring policy, planning, and infrastructure projects to life through clear, accessible presentations. Whether you’re preparing for a council meeting, public open house, or bond levy, I design visual narratives that help audiences engage and see the big idea.

delivery
Phase 4:
I will take your feedback, apply it to the design and develop a fully formatted draft. This draft will be delivered for you to review and we will iterate until it is final (usually 1-2 revision cycles).
01
project kickoff
Phase One:
We will discuss your goals, constraints, and project schedule, as well as explore your existing materials and brand. Then, I propose a clear scope of work and fee based on the materials required and the time needed to do the work well.
02
DRaft development
Phase 2:
Using our scope as a guide, I will develop and format a draft product(s), or a few concepts depending on context. Content will be edited for clarity and visual elements will be developed to complement it. This draft will demonstrate the look and feel of the future product(s).
03
full design and review
Phase 3:
You will review the draft demo and provide feedback for me to incorporate. Up to three revisions are included in the base scope, with opportunities for further revisions billed at my hourly rate.

Most projects follow a four-step process:
